The purpose of the heparin tube is to obtain a plasma sample, which is used to collect blood under a vacuum system (vacuum blood collection tube) for blood chemistry examinations, clinical plasma tests, emergency biochemical tests, and rheology, hormone, and immunology tests. 

Inside the tube wall, lithium heparin, which is a type of heparin antithrombin antithrombin, is sprayed; It therefore blocks the coagulation cascade and produces a whole blood/plasma sample, making it ideal for analysis.

The heparin gel tube is a type of anticoagulant tube intended to obtain a high-quality plasma sample for rapid emergency biochemistry testing. At the bottom of the tube, there is some gel to separate the plasma and blood cells, which prevents the exchange of substances and keeps the obtained plasma contaminated, thus improving the accuracy of the results.
